First of all, please enjoy your bath goodies and have fun exploring new scents in my extensive fragrance list :). However, with the excitement comes a few necessary warnings/policies/common sense reminders (hey, we all forget sometimes!).

-If you are sensitive to essential oils or fragrance oils, test first and proceed with caution. I use essential oils in many/most of my blends.

-If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, please contact your doctor before using any essential-oil-based items!

-Cinnamon leaf, clove bud, peppermint...lots of these oils are used in my products, along with citrus oils. While they offer many aromatherapeutic benefits (I make no health claims, however, I have studied aromatherapy and enjoy tinkering at length), they can irritate sensitive skin. Lavender oil can be particularly troublesome for those with asthma and for infants. Always, use common sense.

-Cremoso and Roxy are in no way liable for any circumstances beyond the company's control, including but not limited to skin irritations, rashes, allergic reactions, or any health consequences related to the natural ingredients in the products. So please, if you have any questions at all I can try to help you avoid any troubles :)!

-Once your package leaves my hands and is at the Post Office, Cremoso and Roxy cannot be held liable for any USPS-related lost, damaged, or otherwise missing mystery packages. If you do have a problem with a lost package, I always use delivery confirmation. If you are an international customer I will file an investigation for any lost parcels, but this process appears to take some time. Again, I cannot refund lost or damaged packages. However, contact me and I will see if I can help you! Usually your local Post Office can supply you with any information you need and your package can be recovered. If an item is damaged due to my potential negligence in regards to packaging your products, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am more than willing to refund any damages I have caused.

-Cancellations on orders are only allowed 24 hours after the order is placed.

-Returns are not allowed due to the nature of these products.

-Refunds are *only* awarded due to product quality/integrity issues (incorrect product, incorrectly-scented product, rancidity or spoilage *not* due to improper/unsanitary customer use or climate/heat issues, etc.). If you have a complaint regarding an item, please contact me! I cannot exchange or refund due to scent/texture/etc. preference but will gladly communicate and try to work things out with you.

-Due to the large number of scents and complexity of the list (many oils and notes make up make of the perfumes, as I hand-blend or "house-blend" nearly every scent you see), scents may run out of stock. I will contact you regarding your options (refund or shipment when scent/item is back in stock). Because I cannot judge exactly how popular a certain scent will be one month or another, I cannot always have every oil on hand for every blend :).

-Due to the nature of my business and lifestyle (one-woman operation, quite bustling; fibromyalgia; juggling jobs and school and a business), turnaround-time is only an estimate. In the very rare case I cannot fulfill your order on time, I will contact you regarding options from which you may choose: refund, coupon, free shipping...

-Very large orders (near or above $175) may take longer than the projected TAT seen on the homepage. When you place your order, I will let you know that your order may take a bit longer. You may then choose to cancel if you desire, within 24 hours of the notice.
